Will really depend on how common Magic Bounce will be in whatever tier Toedscruel ends up. Being able to Spore and set up Spikes (if it gets them) without caring about Magic Bounce could be very valuable.

Dang it actually has a Speed stat. Thought for sure that it would have low to middling Speed akin to Mawile. But at the cost of Attack it seems.

Gamefreak doesn't even want us to battle for more than 20 minutes with friends so them nerfing the PP of recovery moves isn't a huge surprise sadly.

I don't think we know for sure yet but the ability of the past Paradox Pokémon being called "Protosynthesis" does kinda imply the Sun. But could also be that I'm reading too much into this.

Maybe the abilities are just visually similar to Sun and Electric Terrain but the effects are different. Paradox Hydreigon being a Flying type that wouldn't gain anything from regular Electric Terrain could point towards that.

Koraidon having something like Drought feels weird considering neither it nor any of the past Paradox Pokémon are Fire types. But then again their ability is called ProtoSYNTHESIS.

Stats are usually enough to make box legendaries Uber by Default. The question is more just how good they will be in Ubers which will depend on their abilities and movepools, particularly their signature moves. That's usually what makes a great Ubers mon with examples like Drizzle, Geomancy and...
