I completely agree with Wailord going to C+, that seems to fit it nicely. Sure, it needs a crapton of support, and it's not like Wish will help it in the slightest, while Curse + Self Destruct seems a usable niche, and Water Veil prevents burns on such a set, so I could see it getting some use...
