For your last pokemon I would suggest something that resists water, since everything except honchkrow and Dusknoir gets hit with super effective with a water move. Also, with basically everything that is water carrying ice beam, Honchkrow would have a hard time too. Since you don't "Care"...

Just a precaution, not a problem. A rain dance team (common these days) with a mixed or Physical sweeper would cause some serious problems if Mismagius was down. Maybe change one of your Pokes to a Bulky water. Lapras (which would be rather specialized, but still a good pokemon to include)...

Why Dragon Pulse on Sceptile and Milotic? Unstabed filler moves that could be replaced with something way better. How does Dragon Pulse/surf have better coverage than Surf/Ice beam? The only thing Dragon Pulse covers is altaria, and Ice beam should knock that down fast. And definetly U-turn...
