True but unfortunately all mega were selected by popular choice, rather than who actually need one. We did get a few who are popular who needed one. Mawile, Ampharos,Medicham,Pinsir ect.

No Aggron seems to have a nice little niche in OU, the other ones well. Amphy's too slow and even with that gimmicky Agility Set, he's not pulling in work, and all M-Banette does is guarantee a kill, and a burn/paralysis.

Scarfed Darmanitan is pretty darn dumb when you take account of it's base 140 Attack and Sheer Force. Granted Darmanitan its self isn't much of a problem in OU, but seeing scares the hell out of me as well. Now the real scariest Scarfer I've seen is Landorus I. Why? Because apart from having...

If Iron Head is such a waste, why not run Rock Slide? You hit all fire types (not named Heatran) pretty hard on the switch. Obviously you won't stay in and use it, but Fire Fang... I don't know Ferrothorn still carries Rocky Helmet for some reason, and you can get the flinch on Skamory with Rock...

Assuming your opponent doesn't run a bunch of levitate and or flying types.
