I'm pretty sure crits hit for 2x damage, unless the mechanic was changed in Gen VI.

Not sure if Oblivion Wing's HP drain is boosted by Big Root, but I do know that Big Root's boost is always multiplicative, just like most, if not all, of the other stat boosting items, moves, and abilities. Either way, that does sound like a good idea.

Why not change the nature to Naughty then? It would fit with Honchkrow's theme too :P

But if that's the case, then a Timid nature would be superfluous. Skymin with a neutral nature and max investment has 353 Speed ; with the 1.5x boost from a Scarf it has 529 Speed. That's already more than enough to outspeed Deo-S, whose max Speed is 504 Speed. It's not like Timid Skymin could...

Is scarfed Skymin with a Modest nature usable instead of Jolly? What does Jolly Skymin outspeed that Modest Skymin doesn't?
