Is there any way to RNG abuse when there is an NPC in the area? I heard somewhere that if your starting frame is 1 and you advance your PIDRNG frame with the chatter/chatot method, then it's possible.

I've checked the IV's on every pokemon I caught

I'm RNGing on Route 6 but I already made sure that no NPCs were near and I did copy/paste the exact full seed.

Can someone explain to me how to use the method 5 PIDRNG? I've already caught my Pokemon, then I repeated the process but saved once, then saved twice and so on; but I don't see my pattern anywhere in the list (I just finished hand-searching all 100,000 results).

Technically you only need to hold the KeyPress button(s) until the white Nintendo logo disappears.

Thanks for the info about the updated version! So I've gotten the Method 5 PIDRNG up and I've discovered what encounter slot the karrablast is on, so how do you advance this frame?

The only method 5 tabs I see are: "Standard Seed", "C-gear Seed", and "natures Theoretical"

So is there a specific way to manipulate which wild pokemon you encounter? I'm trying to catch a karrablast, but there is only a 25% encounter rate for it, and even when using the same seed, when I click "save" to advance the Nature/Ability/Gender RNG the pokemon I encounter is different.

I think that Gigalith would be perfect for this team with access to rock slide, earthquake, and explosion. (You could even lead with Giga using explosion and Jelly using Trick Room) If your just looking for someone bulky I might suggest Musharna seeing how it has basically the same movepool...

So I'm planning a Trick Room team... how effective do you guys think it could be? I'm thinking something like: Amoonguss, Musharna, Bouffalant, and Escavalier
