Can I bump this? sorry if not, like I said, I'm new regarding the forums

I have made some changes, but one thing has been bothering me: the skarm. The skarmory before consistently set up all four layers of spikes. Now, Im lucky to get a layer of spikes and stealth rock. So, if anyone is good enough to help, please help me solve it :)
