    I could be wrong, but doesn't a Jolly Gyarados with 168 speed EVs outspeed a positive-natured base 130? EDIT: (after one dragon dance, of course)

    should i give my arcanine an adamant or jolly nature? he's gonna have maxed speed and atk EVs, but is there anything that a jolly nature would let him outspeed? he's running extremespeed, but is that enough to give him an adamant nature? he's also running a choice band btw

    should my arcanine have flash fire or intimidate? im using a choice band set, so he wouldn't be able use sunny day to add up with flash fire, but i have a forretress on my team who is real good at baiting fire attacks, so i dunno...
