How bout a Houndour, it must learn Suckerpunch ASASAP. to evolve it must Suckerpunch Candice's Froslass and one other of her pokemon, no fire moves during the gym battle. After it evolves you must teach it Odor Sleuth in place of Sucker punch and it must also learn Return. No physical Dark moves...

Yeah its catchable. @SB take a Numel, name it Numa Numa, it must retain Magnitude till it evolves, it can only evolve after a max power Magnitude (10 I believe) on any pokemon in flannery's gym. It may not learn earthquake. You can use Eruption only if it is your only special move.
