Yeah went it comes to protein I go with natural stuff (tuna / pb / turkey etc.) GNC is pricey very pricey, they will go for the extra dollar on their products. Venom, do you take any creatine or other mass building supplement(s)? I heard its bad on kidneys (which was a problem I had).
