I think it'd be good to add one sentence about a 252 SpA / 252 Spe (still Timid) spread to get +SpA for Booster Energy, since it's certainly a viable alternative to the +Spe variant of this set.

I've still never seen Tera Rock though I think the most alluring part of the idea is beating Dragonite - not only hitting it super effective but also the tech of resisting Extreme Speed.
