I came in here to suggest this Ninetales set if it didn't have Sunny Day. You also have Sunny Day twice there, Destiny. As a Fourth Move I recommend Toxic, since Special Attackers are common in this Rain metagame.

Possibly add a "Draw" button if both parties agree? Could be used if you see the same person twice and don't want to battle them again, or someone feels bad they hax'd you to hell and back so they propose a draw.
