Why does your Umbreons' EV's only add up to 488? 510 is the max, use it. I'd give it more Defense; something like 44 Defense if you really want to have more in speed. If not, then go with 252 HP/ 126 Def / 126 Sp.Def / 6 Spd OR 252 HP / 252 Def / 6 Sp.Def. But that's just me.
