    So, anything 51 or higher, fully EV, with the moveset you want will be just fine and be practically the same as 100.

    I'm prepping for the first regional on Sunday. Do all of my pokemon need to be level 100 for the competition? If they are not level 100, then will I be at a disadvantage?
