I'm not sure how to get one in ORAS, you might be able to use the DexNav In XY, however, you can get Prankster Sabyleye in a horde in Glittering Cave (iirc)

That doesn't work with hidden abilities

Hey I think that you can get a tenatacruel with rain dish using the DexNav in ORAS but I'm not sure It's only transfer possible in XY.
