In my opinion, the main problem with your team is that several pokemons doesn't fullfil the requierment to compete in OU : Liligant and Zangoose are clearly overwhelmed. Azelf and Infernape aren't that good in OU. As a first advice, try to find OU pokemon that fulfill the same role as your NU...

How did you deal with Gengar ? You can't toxic it, you can't burn it (substitute), Gliscor and Chansey can't hit it (so it switch in and set a sub), and it outspeed the whole team.
