Plus, even running an all-out offensive Suicune, he is plenty bulky to get in 2 CM's most of the time. And about Jirachi's speed: With 252 Speed, he can outrun Modest Choice Scarfed Latias / Gengar, and the rare (but still deadly) scarfed Infernapes.

DD Mence could cause some problems, if he got in enough DD's, but you have him covered pretty good. Also, i recommend making Jirachi 252 Spe / 252 Att / 6 HP, because the extra speed outweighs the extra HP. And btw, "Ola" is spelled "Hola".
