My apologies, I didn't realize that it broke through substitutes and protect, but horn leech is still a better choice because it gives your opponent a turn to switch to a more favorable matchup or set up. Horn leech complements leech seed too.

This is a pretty solid team, but there are a few things I feel you could improve on. It's kind of strange that you would have do much attack investment in your Dragonite when you only have one physical move. I would recommend changing the EV investment to 252 Sp.Atk, 252 Speed, and 4 Sp.def...
