I just want to say I feel that all the Legendaries shouldn't be allowed in OU. This means the Heatrans, the Azelfs, the Latias', all of them. It doesn't matter that they might have a few weaknesses, they are tooled up to be superior pokemon for the most part and they encourage people to hack to obtain them. And we all know almost all the OU Legendaries seen in the metagame are hacked - the odds of catching an ideal nature'd/IV spread'd Legendary are too astronomical for a person to happen to have a Latias, Azelf, and Heatran all on one team, who also happen to have 31 IVs in the needed stats with the right natures.
