Hasire, I think the game you're thinking of is called Rock Band. It's being made by Harmonix, the company that made Guitar Hero before it was sold to Activision. It's going to have a guitar, bass, drum set, and mic for vocals. That also looks awesome, but I have no idea how I can afford it.
