Questions and Answers... I agree with the Scarf, but should I add some EVs in Def or SpD? Do you have any other advice on movesets for a Latias? I am more trying if I can to sweep with Scrafty as I would like to use Latias as more of something to eliminate common dragon and fire type pokemon.
