Now that you mention it, Superpower is only a guaranteed 3HKO to defensive Avalugg if rocks are up, which can just be healed off with Recover. Plus Poliwrath seem more like a threat to Basculin. So maybe I should just nix Superpower altogether and just give a shout out in OO... Thoughts?
