    I’m GMT -7. I prefer to start at 10am-3pm or 7-8pm my time (maybe 8am-10am), which is 5pm-10pm or 2am-3am GMT. I prefer 5 or 10 min breaks between battles (my last best of 5 lasted 1 hour and 30 minutes with just 4min breaks). Should be free Thur, Fri, or Sun.
