that's still not enough proof, if you want a good attacker in rain, the best one is still palafin. it's lower speed and weakness to fairy makes it a prime target for flutter mane to blast down. it has poor general bulk on top of that, getting koed by priority moves like sucker punch and grassy...

because commander and dark void are signature abilities and moves respectively. Since they are only on one specific pokemon each, we can't just ban the ability without knowing how well it would work on other 'mons

i wouldnt say conkeldurr will be as viable as you think, we already have iron hands which is pretty much better in all aspects, same thing can be said with infernape.

With Ursaluna, many other powerful physical attackers have fallen out of favor such as roaring moon and chien pao. I rarely see either of the 2 when playing anymore ever since home released. BAN IT
