I have already gotten many pokes RNged on my DS lite (using the non c-gear seed) but I will probably be forced to connect to the internet using my 3DS. I know that my FC changes and I lose things in my pal pad.. but when I get back to my DS lite will I be able to RNG using the same DS...

Really? From what I've read the stationary pokemon have a +2 starting frame than normal pokemon.. To get to frame 8 I walked 126 steps with 5 pokemon in my party. So this means that It's impossible to get to this frame, right? Without having 1 pokemon in my party and walking 7 x 126 steps...
