    I'm not even sure what to think about Toxic Debris yet. Yeah, some teams get screwed by it, but as long as Gengar is legal in the format, every team will have a grounded poison anyway. It is very easy to fit Gengar, Moth, or Pex onto any team really, and even niche options such as Okidogi exist...
