I disagree on those two because
A. Moltres's flame body makes knock off a bad idea in the first place, and it counters the best mon in the format's best moveset (IdPress Zama)
B. Iron boulder just always sucks, genuinely. It's never successful in the long term
But really it's personal taste.
Believe me specs psycho boost is stronger than you. It kills assault vest gking at 43%. It even kills frailer resist. Focus blast also great.
Other than that, moltres and iron boulder. I agree.

The idea behind this move is that it makes other moves not be risky. perfect when paired with strong stab to not worry about immunities.

The problem with your statement is that everything else isn't actually a design exercise. Beak blast is a good move with a condition to be better. Barb barrage is a hex clone in behavior even with differences. Temper flame/Stomping tantrum are wholely unique in design space, THAT'S why I believe...
There's a lot of inconsistency in here. Why is power trip here but not stored power? Where's focus punch? How does hjk have a condition? This list just confuses me
I think we should build around stomping tantrum/Temper Flare.
These moves are the most situational but usable. It could be woven with other conditional moves (sucker punch). I don't have a lot to say you talk bout it idk

But moth has good sets that people just don't use for some reason. Booster sp.at agility, scarf uturn, bulky Tspikes spreader & absorber. So I'll keep it in B+ unless the other sets prove to be bad
