This is the sort of logic that pisses me off. In your example you switch into a pokemon that gets outsped and OHKO, and then they snowball from there. Wow what a broken mechanic! Maybe switch into Corsola instead? +1 Gyarados gets walled easily by him, and you can force the switch or burn/sap...

That's really depressing! I've been using Showdown for my latest team idea (Dubwool -> Hatterene -> Snorlax) and really just crushing team after team. But some of my wins would be losses if the Showdown behavior of restoring 33% of boosted HP and always giving a berry are wrong.

Well considering I just got a GMax Sandiconda yesterday that idea sounds pretty good! I wonder how my baton pass trick room idea would be tho. I'll probably try both out eventually. :)

I'm totally new to competitive pokemon (first game since gen 2) so I've got a few questions: Does this event allow Baton Pass teams? If so would that be the clear best choice for the event? I assume for it to have been banned in OU it has to be pretty broken, so would it be a good choice to run...
