Defensive / Offensive Boosting

Been lurking for a while, and as of now, I would support the Calm Mind+Coil/Nasty Plot+Coil option. What both of these provide is Physical bulk and special offense that allows the CAP to tank a good amout of priority, and/or deliver boosted special attacks. I have to discuss the latter option...
