I would like to suggest Klutz: giving CAP10 an item that could break a specific pokemon (such as giving a wall a choice scarf or black sludge, or a sweeper a lagging tail) without receiving it's negative effects would be a great asset that would make CAP10 easily tailored to a particular threat...

I love cuttlefish-- they're some of my favorite foods. Although I think you should make it more Pokemony. As it is, it just looks like a cuttlefish.

There are other venues for that which don't include blasting everything to hell and back. I really think we should have an ability discussion first; otherwise the stat discussion will inevitably lead to a highly offensive CAP. As far as I know, this isn't inteded to be a sweeper's sweeper.

I completely agree. Furthermore, this is a utility counter-- the way I imagined this is a pokemon that can shut down nearly anything making it essentially useless and open to taking hits. We're focusated so much on having it in a range that can OHKO all these different threats and not realizing...

I think the Stormcloud is fantastic-- thinking about it, and it just looks like something capable of using rapid spin and whirlwind. I think it could be rainier though, just to emphasize the fact that it is also a water-type.
