Quick question. Does it matter if the ditto was made on pokegen but still from lets say japan? Would it affect the MM?

Completed 7 batches of 100 and still only 1 shiny. I've been working for a shiny scatterbug since egg #131. Very frustrating that I haven't gotten another shiny so far in.

I have a question for you guys. Do you breed 100 eggs then hatch them and if there's no shiny do you just turn off the game and re hatch them? Or do you release them then breed another 100 and repeat the process? I have been breeding hatching then rebreeding them. I am currently on batch 5. I...
