lovely... i can see when Klang can be annoying. Perfect for a late game sweep thanks to Shift Gear and it can set up all day in front of the Grass types due to it's natural bulk. I don't know about the z elec because klang already checks Flying types and with the decrease of the Water types...

I definitively agree with Quag only with one exception.. I don't know about Klang being A- in a meta with Gabite, Machoke, Marshtomp and Fire types rising up it's usage and even with Hakamo-o gaining it's space. All in all, Klang is solid but i think A tier is too high for it, of course it can...
