Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
Ok, so I tried this team out last night, and got crushed on all fronts. Maybe it's because I still have no idea what the crap I'm doing, but I know I need help. Here's the set-up so far.
Forretress @ Leftovers
Relaxed 252 HP/162 ATK/96 DEF Sturdy
-Gyro Ball
-Stealth Rock
-Rapid Spin...
sorry...not a math person. and yes, even basic math eludes me at times. so....66 spa on vaporeon then.
running leaf blade due to gallade's soft defenses. also.....grass is SE to waters, coupled with expert belt makes LB more damaging to waters than a straight CC without the defense loss. and...

forretress(over gliscor)@leftovers
relaxed 252hp/162atk/96def
-stealth rock
-earthquake
-gyro ball
-rapid spin
no healing and knock off....but still allows for walling/eq/stealth rock. and makes weavile sad.
togekiss over salamence
calm 252hp/252spe/4def
-Roost...

gallade - physical sweep for type coverage. hits everything neutral and hard.
gengar - special sweep. will switch leftovers for black sludge.
vaporeon - bulky water. hopefully holds back dragons and makes them think twice with...
