    Resource SV Doubles OU Viability Rankings

    My current impressions of the meta. Tiers are ordered, but I didn't put a tremendous amount of thought into all the rankings. I'm sure I missed some things and am misevaluating some things as well. I will probably come back and edit more thoughts on the tier later.
