Just a poke not being as viable as another poke doesn't mean that smogon wont have sets for it. I mean, they have an analysis for pidgeot, who gets outclassed by dodrio in nearly any way. And about drifblim, I'm not saying that the set isn't viable anymore, but they still talking about pokes...
