I've been testing this on Shoddy and it's working pretty nicely. For me Dragon Claw has been much better over Fire Fang. With Fire Fang you can't really sweep if you set-up early because of Outrage getting locked into a steel type. I'm using it with Magnezone to trap the steels like Skarm...

Being able to save and load pokemon sets+EV spreads would be pretty cool. Maybe have it come with a lot of the standard sets. I also like a lot of the ideas in this thread (Multiple moves at once, EV slider, chance of 1hko, flipping the attacking roles, etc).
