OK, I see your point about pursuit. However i'm on showdown right now and it says healing wish is illegal for latios. Also, X scissor hits super effective on slowbro and espeon as well. Slowbro would otherwise wall it.

The thundurus idea I can dig. Latios could be good too, but HP fighting doesn't save latios from a sucker punch from bisharp, and healing wish is not a legal move for latios.
