You should be packing Bug Buzz on Galvantula instead of Signal Beam as the damage is higher.

Since this technically does damage, Taunt shouldn't work on it and neither would magic bounce/mirror. There is nothing that can be done to prevent it from being used, you can only spin it out.

You should add Galvantula/Sticky Web as good teammates for Togekiss. With Sticky Web support, Togekiss will outrun many of the top-tier Pokemon in the meta and won't need to run Thunder Wave for flinchax. Sticky Web is a godsend for Togekiss.

I could see this move seriously helping Togekiss and other flinchax Pokemon as they won't need to run Thunder Wave or Body Slam. Togekiss will always outrun -1 Garchomp and could easily get the KO with Moon Blast.

For the Electric Ball choice scarf set, you should use Swarm since you don't have Thunder.

I think you should add Ulgamoth to the list of counters seeing that Roobushin without stone edge will be unable to do any significant damage to bulky Ulgamoth variants who will proceed to KO you with either Psychic or Hurricane.
