Wow, thanks for all the rates! I have a LOT of testing to do with all these ideas, I'll keep coming back to update this thread with what I find. Again, thank you for all the great ideas!

Thanks for the rates! I meant to put Tornadus's extra EVs in defense, thanks for the heads up. I also forgot Tailwind increases Tornadus's speed as well, so that's going to replace Agility. I'll test Perish Song over Ice Beam like you both said. Any other thoughts?
