I actually agree with that. Like when the Togekiss was added to the team I literally had no idea what was most worthy of that slot. I think the problem with Aurora Veil is the fact that removing it requires more specific teammates and or builds. Defog is not as common as it once was. I can sit down and look at this tier and name only a handful of (at the very minimum) "decent" defog users: Golbat, Prinplup, Skuntank...
