I'm not personally experienced in rain teams, especially not national dex ones. I would recommend posting this to the Other metagames rate my team forum, as most people here don't know the natdex meta.

What format is this team for? Mega Pokemon arent allowed in OU, whihc si the format you posted this team to, and Tera is banned in National Dex, the only format you are able to use Mega Pokemon in.

Does this team have a future sight absorber? That's usually a pretty big issue for stall teams. maybe spdef scor to mitigate the issue? Not sure if living a cudgel is that important when you have a hydrapple
