Just for clarification, when people talk about using Dragon Tail in a moveset, I'm assuming it's to use on a predicted switch-in by the opponent? There was a post a couple pages back talking about outspeeding things after a DD or two and Tailing them out, I'm a bit confused, since Serebii lists...
