take subsitute off of sceptile and replace giga drain with leaf blade. i personally find subsitute pointless. u could put rock slide on him to help with the bird pokemon in uu. who run rapid. just suggestion.

since you are going to run hp flying on houndoom take off aerial ace from dugtrio and add reversal. it may seem kinda stupid but it could end up helping in then long run. and unless i overlooked you dont have a fighting type move on your team. so id try that out and see how it works

for dodrio i would take out one of the moves for tri attack. it could help u out much more than return can. or atleast in the long run it can. and adding night slash on scyther would be a good idea for you too look at.
