Honestly I think it's a pretty damn bad idea to ban Blissey and Chansey. Only banning Blissey would be enough... Without it, Chansey is pretty much the same as in regular OU. Happiny is totally useless, given that it can user neither Seismic Toss, nor Softboiled, nor Wish.
