Personally I'm a huge fan of Umbreon with: Synchronize @Lum Berry / Air Balloon? Impish ~ Payback ~ Confuse Ray ~ Wish * ~Toxic 252 Hp / 128 Def / 128 SpeD A slow tanky annoyer. Alittle annoying versus Steel & Poison types tho.
