    Hey there, nice to meet you Laga! I'm more familiar with Skype, however you may as well introduce me to IRC if that's the norm here. I looked at the tutorial and downloaded software for it, if you could tell me what I need to connect to and anything else important I'd really appreciate it!

    ok, you have to connect to the server that is "irc.synirc.net" (SynIRC), and then join the channel: #doubles.

    also what is ur name on skype? mine is some weird variation of my email that I can't find or remember sooooo :]
