    Scarf Moltres looks pretty good, but I dislike being locked into a single move as it gives my opponent an easy opportunity to set up and sweep. I personally never encounter Roserade used as a lead in UU as it is usually a sweeper. Uxie is easier to take down with the set i currently run.

    If you dislike Stone Edge on Steelix replace it with Gyro Ball and switch nature to relaxed.

    I'm guessing you have never done PBR on multiplayer. When you do, you select pokemon by pushing buttons on the wiimote so you can't know what your opponent is selecting and vice versa.

    I believe the egg is shiny when it hatches only when the game it hatches on has the correct ID and SID to make it shiny.

    I never thought Whitney was very hard. I usually started with Chickorita, and had Bayleef by then, and used Reflect making the fight pretty easy from there.
