How can I double check if I gave my PKMN the right EVs?
One thing I tried was to hack a PKMN exactly like the one I EV trained, but without the EVs, and compare them.
I was told that when EV training PKMN for Lv. 50, every 8 EVs = +1 on that stat, and that I should only go up to 248 EVs in...
This is for the PKMN tournament and since Garchomp can be used, I wanna abuse him. What I really need is a sweeper I can lead with, it must have Fake out, if you don't think Infernape will do the job, what do you suggest?
Why does Electivire have a bad reputation, I used to seem them a lot, but now they are somewhat rare.
1 more thin. Does this look like a good lead Infernape moveser for doubles?
Fake Out
Fire Blast
Close Combat
Grass Knot
I want to give it Life Orb, but I'm using 1 on my Garchomp...
Tank Togekiss
Choice Scarfed, hit and run, Dark Voiding Smeargle
And a Sashed, Swords Dance Lucario
What is my doubles team missing? Can't seem to fill the last 3 spots.
I think I need fast sweepers to switch in on sleeping PKMN, any recomendations? Or maybe some strong sweeping PKMN...
It's been a while since I EV trained, so lets review...
Items such as Carbos give a PKMN 10 Spd EVs, the max you can give is 10 Carbos (100 EVs)
If you kill a PKMN you get 1 EV, but if you have Poke'rus it doubles, right? And then there are those held items that give +4, so 1 from the PKMN...
Edit: Reread what you said, and to make things more clear, the Earthquake your Salamence used won't hit Togekiss.
As for EV training HP and Sp. Def, the rout above Twinleaf has nothing but Bidoofs and Starlys, and Tentacools are pretty comon so just surf in any body of water that has them.
Thank you, but by the looks of it, CC won't really 1 hit KO any of the listed PKMN, so if you don't have anything that eats up their HP, like poison, then you'll pretty much have to attack it again. The Electivire I'm going for will be Adamant @ Life Orb with 252/Atk and 252/Spd. So I'm thinking...
Why do most Electivires run Cross Chop instead of Brick Brake? BB is 25% weaker but has 100% accuracy, I'm not too thrilled with moves that have accuracy below 90%, only exception is Stone Edge, so I'm thinking of Teaching mine BB over CC, is that a bad idea? Can you give me some examples of...
I want to make a team that revolves around Monferno, 'cause I think he's just so badass, I'm thinking of using him in a trick room team, this is how it would go: Monferno uses fakeout, Bronzong sets up trick room, Monferno then goes for an attack, if he doesn't take out the PKMN, and it gets to...
