Thanks for the advice on the moves and the EVs. With 92 speed EVs, that lets me safely outspeed the fastest Heatran by one point and still leaves me with enough EVs in attack to comfortably OHKO with Superpower after a Swords Dance. I'll try this for a while and see where it gets me.

@shedninja Heracross@Life Orb Guts -Megahorn -Close Combat -Pursuit -Reversal Can come in on any move and ohko with pursuit. Reversal for when Life orb's got you down.

Hariyama is surprisingly good. With Thick Fat, Bullet Punch, Fake Out, and Whirlwind, it can lay down the hurt and still tank with it's HP.

Max out speed. Any EVs you would normally put into attack, put into your defenses as you see fit, probably more into HP and SpD. Where do you live at, BTW?

I'm breeding ledybas and pinsirs for trade here. Does anybody know of anyone that uses either? Because if nobody's going to trade for them, then I think I'll be better off breeding for Heracross.

I'm actually the Dragon gym leader, BTW, and I've been testing out my mono-dragon on Shoddybattle recently, and yeah, I get raped by Cressy. But as much as I'd like to have one slot to combat ice, it won't work. You have to be able to take hits like a man because you don't know what'll have ice...

It hards harder special wise, it can curse, it can explode. Every Pokemon has it's own advantages and weaknesses. It's all about exploiting them.

@Dragontamer: About NP PorygonZ as a lead, I've run one before with a Focus Sash, and it's basically a special version of Focus Sash Weavile. The only thing is, it's juuuust not quite hard-hitting enough to kill the stuff that comes in to get rid of it (Read: Blissey), but it can still do well...
