Honestly I think you have one to many walls. I think another good Physical would help out your team a lot maybe a scarfchomp lol but I think scarfchomp is amazing in any team.

Your Ev spreads are very weird on all your pokemon. I don't really like your gengar try the standard on with or just look at the stradgy pokedex on the home page of smogon that helps a lot. The stradgy pokedex has a moveset and ev spread of every pokemon in the that should help you a lot.
